There is a fenced 10 x 5 metre pool to the rear of the house, which is shared with the barn house.  The pool depth is the same all over at 1.5 metres and is entered by roman steps at one end.  There is a pool alarm to comply with French regulations and must be kept on at all times. The pool gets lots of sun and overlooks the fields at the back of the house.  Sun loungers and chairs are available

There is a large secure garden to the front, rear and side of the house, so there are options for sun and shade depending on your choice throughout the day.  Outside tables and chairs are provided and there are some mature trees offering shade during the day.  There is plenty of space for children and pets alike to play.

Beside the house, across the courtyard, there is a barn conversion which sleeps 4/6 which is also rented out.

There is a communal games room which includes table tennis and a variety of other indoor and outdoor games.  This room is also suitable for large gatherings if both units are rented together.
