| The farmhouse and garden are
surrounded by fields and there are no immediate neighbours. The
farmhouse has been fully renovated and the accommodation is all on one
level and therefore suitable for all ages and is wheelchair friendly.
Children (travel cot and high chair available) and pets are welcome. There is plenty of car parking
space.

Kitchen The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, electric cooker, microwave and electric kettle. There is a table, seating and plenty of utensils and crockery for a large party. An additional fridge/freezer is situated in the hallway. A small utility area off the bathroom houses the washer/dryer (there is also a good sized washing line outside) iron and ironing board. |

Sitting Room This is a large room, with another dining area. A CD player is available as well as CD's books and games. A telephone (incoming and local calls only) and wi-fi access to the internet are provided for guests. A wood burner provides heating in colder times of the year and there are electric radiators in all the rooms, but the house is wonderfully cool in summer |

Bedrooms
There are 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite wet room (basin, disabled shower and toilet). Bedrooms 2,3,4 are all at the rear of the house and look out onto the garden and fields. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedrooms 3 has a double bed. Bedroom 4 has twin beds, with a bed that can be pulled out from underneath for a child and French windows that lead to the rear garden. Bedroom 5 has bunk beds and leads off the sitting room.
