The farmhouse has level access from the drive via either the front door 95 cms wide, from a lightly gravelled drive or via the french doors leading into the kitchen, from a hard standing courtyard.  The house is on one level throughout and the minimum door width is 80cms. 

The disabled wet room leads off the main bedroom with the king size bed.  The furniture in the bedroom can be re-arranged on request to ensure enough access (we try to cater for all needs).  The shower (the height can be adjusted) has a fold down seat and the toilet is 50 cm high with appropriate hand-rails.   The shower is worked with a lever and is easy to use.  The basin has two standard taps.

The barn is accessed from the hard standing courtyard through French doors.    The main bedroom, wet room and living area are easily accessible, minimum internal doors are 90 cms.

The barn wet room (situated next to the main double bedroom) has a 50cm high toilet with appropriate disabled fittings.  The shower (the height can be adjusted) has a pull down seat with level access.  All the taps use levers and are easy to use.

Access around the garden and to the pool, is on one level and is a mix of path, light gravel (wheelchairs are OK) and lawns.  The lawns tend to be a bit bumpy in the summer when it is very dry, but passable.  There is a paved area around the pool and the pool has roman steps at one end, and two handrails.  These are standard French disabled rails, but they do not extend that far into the pool.
